Ogbourne St George parish

The parish village is a small village on the Marlborough Downs, sitting astride the Ridgeway National Trail. Village history can be traced back to Saxon times and today it is quiet containing a number of thatched properties, Medieval church and manor house. The population has remained stable at around 500 for the last 200 years.
